1 lbground chicken

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspItalian seasoning

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1 lgegg

1/2 c+ 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs

4 ozmozzarella cheese cut into cubes

1 Tbspolive oil
-
2 cfavorite spaghetti sauce

Parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make cheese stuffed chicken parmesan meatballs

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add the meat to a large bowl. Add the seasoning, egg and 2 Tbsp Panko.

2Roll the meat into balls.

3Poke one cube of cheese into the center of each ball.

4Roll the balls in the remaining Panko.

5Add the olive oil to a frying pan and brown the meatball in batches, if necessary.

6Place on a baking sheet and bake about 20 minutes.

7Warm the sauce and place the meatballs in the sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
