Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups favorite spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make cheese stuffed chicken parmesan meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add the meat to a large bowl. Add the seasoning, egg and 2 Tbsp Panko.

Step 2Roll the meat into balls.

Step 3Poke one cube of cheese into the center of each ball.

Step 4Roll the balls in the remaining Panko.

Step 5Add the olive oil to a frying pan and brown the meatball in batches, if necessary.

Step 6Place on a baking sheet and bake about 20 minutes.

Step 7Warm the sauce and place the meatballs in the sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
