- 5 - eggs, beat without seperating
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter, cut into bits
How To Make cheese fondue

Step 1Beat eggs without separating, when light add cheese, salt, white pepper and butter.

Step 2Cook over a double boiler until cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth and as thick as a custard.

Step 3Serve this poured over hot buttered toast; serve at once.
