1mix the flour water egg garlic salt and pepper together. mix until it is ready to be rolled out. roll out flat. take a circle cup or cookie cutter circle. start making circles. peel back from dough.. roll out the circles a little bit. make as many as needed or want. put the circles to the side and cook your mash potato mix.. once cooked mix in the cheddar and bacon "Note bacon must be cooked and diced up" if not, then substitute it for with bacon bits...
2Now take your dough circles and place the Mash in middle fold the dough make it look like a pirogie continue until mash is used up. or until your out of dough. This mix should have made about 20-35 pirogies.
3how to cook:
You can Boil, Deep Fry or Bake.
Boil 15-20 mins
Deep Fryer 5-10 mins
Bake in over 10-15 mins.on 250%
