Ingredients
- CRUNCH BUTTER
- 8 tablespoons butter room temp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- CAULIFLOWER STEAKS
- 1 large head of cauliflower or 2 small heads cut into 4 steaks.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- all the - crunch butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar sweet piquante peppers, drained
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
How To Make cauliflower steak with sweet piquant peppers

Step 1To make the crunch butter, mix all the ingredients until well incorporated. Set aside.

Step 2Set a large pan with water on the stove and bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower steaks 2 at a time in the boiling water, boil for 4 minutes, then set on paper towels to dry. Repeat with the other 2.

Step 3Place a large skillet on the stove and add the olive oil. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until tender but still a bit crunchy, about 6 minutes, turning once.

Step 4Add the crunch butter and Parmesan cheese, and let the butter melt. Add the peppers and pine nuts. Cook 2 minutes. Add the basil and serve.
