- 2 boxes herb butter rice a roni
- 1 package chicken noodle soup
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 package frozen veggies (carrots, celery, onion)
- 1/4 cup leeks (optional to sautee or put in raw)
- 1 small shallot (optional to sautee or put in raw) or handful of dried shallots
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 small onion (optional to sautee or put in raw) or handful of dried onions
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans milk of your choic
- 1 1/2 cans water
How To Make cathys rice a roni and chicken casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 375

Step 2Spray a baking dish (9x13) and add everything except cream of mushroom and milk and water.

Step 3Mix everything well.

Step 4Add cream of mushroom on top and spread it evenly over the top.

Step 5Add 1 1/2 cans of your choice milk. Add 1 1/2 cans water

Step 6You can add some shredded cheese if you'd like or leave it off...
