Campbell's Classic Meatloaf
1 can(s)tomato soup
1 1/2 lbground meat
1/2 cdry bread crumbs
1 smallonion, finely chopped
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1/8 tspfresh ground black pepper
How to Make Campbell's Classic Meatloaf
- Mix 1/2 can soup, meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, worcestershire sauce and pepper thoroughly. In a baking pan, shape firmly into an 8" x 4" loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees one hour or until done. Should test 160 degrees on meat thermometer.
- In a saucepan, mix 2 tablespoons of the drippings with the remaining soup and the water. Heat to a simmer. Serve over the meat loaf.
