campbell's classic meatloaf
I found this recipe in a very old tin recipe box on top of a shelf. I remember using this recipe box back when my kids were very small, 20-25 years ago. If I remember correctly, they loved this meatloaf.

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 pounds ground meat
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make campbell's classic meatloaf

Step 1Mix 1/2 can soup, meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, worcestershire sauce and pepper thoroughly. In a baking pan, shape firmly into an 8" x 4" loaf.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees one hour or until done. Should test 160 degrees on meat thermometer.

Step 3In a saucepan, mix 2 tablespoons of the drippings with the remaining soup and the water. Heat to a simmer. Serve over the meat loaf.
