I found this recipe in a very old tin recipe box on top of a shelf. I remember using this recipe box back when my kids were very small, 20-25 years ago. If I remember correctly, they loved this meatloaf.
Mix 1/2 can soup, meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, worcestershire sauce and pepper thoroughly. In a baking pan, shape firmly into an 8" x 4" loaf.
2
Bake at 350 degrees one hour or until done. Should test 160 degrees on meat thermometer.
3
In a saucepan, mix 2 tablespoons of the drippings with the remaining soup and the water. Heat to a simmer. Serve over the meat loaf.
