Ingredients
- 3 - wild ducks
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bottle (14 oz.) ketchup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 6 dashes hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make camp house ducks

Step 1Place ducks breast down in a large roasting pan.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients.

Step 3Pour the remaining ingredients mixture over the ducks.

Step 4Cover and cook at 350 degrees for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until meat fall off bones.

Step 5Add water if needed.

Step 6Remove meat from bones and mix with the sauce.

Step 7Serve on buns.
