Ingredients
- 1 package smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper-diced
- 1 medium onion-diced
- 2 cans chili hot beans-with juice (can use just chili beans for less heat)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked minute rice
How To Make cajun sausage & beans

Step 1In saucepan, cook rice as directed on package. Set aside.

Step 2In dutch oven, on medium heat, saute the green pepper, onion, chili beans, & sausage until the veggies are soft. (No need for oil the juice from the beans provides enough moisture).

Step 3Add the rice to the sausage mixture until combined. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
