  • 1 pkg
    smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper-diced
  • 1 medium
  • 2 can(s)
    chili hot beans-with juice (can use just chili beans for less heat)
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked minute rice

How to Make Cajun Sausage & Beans


  1. In saucepan, cook rice as directed on package. Set aside.
  2. In dutch oven, on medium heat, saute the green pepper, onion, chili beans, & sausage until the veggies are soft. (No need for oil the juice from the beans provides enough moisture).
  3. Add the rice to the sausage mixture until combined. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
