Ingredients

1 pkg
smoked sausage, sliced
1 large
green bell pepper-diced
1 medium
onion-diced
2 can(s)
chili hot beans-with juice (can use just chili beans for less heat)
1 1/2 c
cooked minute rice

Step-By-Step

1In saucepan, cook rice as directed on package. Set aside.
2In dutch oven, on medium heat, saute the green pepper, onion, chili beans, & sausage until the veggies are soft. (No need for oil the juice from the beans provides enough moisture).
3Add the rice to the sausage mixture until combined. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
