How to Make Cajun Sausage & Beans
- 1In saucepan, cook rice as directed on package. Set aside.
- 2In dutch oven, on medium heat, saute the green pepper, onion, chili beans, & sausage until the veggies are soft. (No need for oil the juice from the beans provides enough moisture).
- 3Add the rice to the sausage mixture until combined. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
