Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small jar jalapeno cheese whiz
- 1 cup durkee's french fried onion rings
How To Make cajun deer camp special casserole

Step 1Cook rice. While rice is cooking, brown meat, salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess grease off and add chopped raw onions.

Step 2Cook until onion is tender. Add cheese whiz, soup, and cooked rice to the meat mixture.

Step 3Bake in baking dish or prepared casserole dish for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Add dried onions after 10 minutes and cook 10 minutes more until golden brown.
