Ingredients

1cabbage, one small head

1 1/2 lbground beef, turkey or pork

·garlic

1onion, small, diced

1/3 crice, uncooked

1 lbsauerkraut, canned

8 oztomato sauce

1 1/2 cwater
How to Make Cabbage Roll Casserole
- Chop cabbage into bite size pieces and place in the bottom of 13x9 casserole.
- Brown meat, drain and add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion. Sprinkle in uncooked rice. Place meat mixture over cabbage and cover with the sauerkraut, tomato sauce, and water.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. Cover & continue baking for another hour or until rice is tender.
