How To Make broiled ginger lamb chops
-
Step 1preheat broiler then mix all ingredients except chops in small mixing bowl.
-
Step 2brush chops with mustard mixture place chops on greased or (nonstick olive oil) broiler pan
-
Step 3broil 6 to 7 minutes, turn and brush other side and broil another 6 to 7 minutes. this takes about a total of 16 minutes depending on chop size. I broiled them one more minute each side and had put broth and water in underneath of broiler pan. they came out moist and tender and flavorful
-
Step 4put a teaspoon of mint jelly on top of each chop while still hot or put mint jelly on side for dipping
