2 Tbsp
salad oil
1 1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
2 Tbsp
dijon style mustard
1 tsp
dried thyme leaves
1 tsp
lamb loin chops

How to Make broiled ginger lamb chops


  • 1preheat broiler then mix all ingredients except chops in small mixing bowl.
  • 2brush chops with mustard mixture place chops on greased or (nonstick olive oil) broiler pan
  • 3broil 6 to 7 minutes, turn and brush other side and broil another 6 to 7 minutes. this takes about a total of 16 minutes depending on chop size. I broiled them one more minute each side and had put broth and water in underneath of broiler pan. they came out moist and tender and flavorful
  • 4put a teaspoon of mint jelly on top of each chop while still hot or put mint jelly on side for dipping
