brocolli and rice casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups instant rice (i prefer uncle ben's. regular rice wont work for this recipe)
- 2 cups water
- 1 package frozen brocolli crown cuts
- 3/4 pound fresh sliced button mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 stick butter or margerine
- 12 ounces jar of cheeze whiz
- - salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter or margerine
How To Make brocolli and rice casserole

Step 1Place instant rice and water in 3 quart casserole dish. Salt to taste. Dot with butter or margerine.

Step 2Top with one can of the mushroom soup.

Step 3Layer the broccoli and sliced mushrooms evenly over previous ingredients.

Step 4Add the 2nd can of mushroom soup over the broccoli and mushrooms

Step 5Top with the Cheese Whiz, spread evenly.

Step 6Cover and bake in preheated 375F degree oven for about 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for about 15 more minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

Step 7Serve and enjoy.
