broccoli quiche

This was a recipe I got when I was still a Longaberger Consultant.

Ingredients

  • 2 - premade pie shells, not deep dish
  • 10 ounces package fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/3 pound swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 5 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make broccoli quiche

  • Step 1
    Oven to 400 degrees. Steam broccoli 15 min, drain on paper towels. Beat eggs. Add half and half, salt, and pepper. Crumble and divide the broccoli into 2 pie plates. Top with swiss cheese, pour egg mixture over, but not too full. Bake 20-25 min or until knife comes clean.
