This was a recipe I got when I was still a Longaberger Consultant.

Ingredients
- 2 - premade pie shells, not deep dish
- 10 ounces package fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 1/3 pound swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 5 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make broccoli quiche

Step 1Oven to 400 degrees. Steam broccoli 15 min, drain on paper towels. Beat eggs. Add half and half, salt, and pepper. Crumble and divide the broccoli into 2 pie plates. Top with swiss cheese, pour egg mixture over, but not too full. Bake 20-25 min or until knife comes clean.
