broccoli hashbrown casserole
You can add chicken to this recipe, but it is absolutely FANTASTIC without the chicken. It totally wasn't missed. This recipe is one I will definitely make again!

Ingredients
- 1 large bag hashbrowns, thawed
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small bag shredded cheddar
- 1 large vidalia onion, chopped
- 2 bags frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained well
- 1- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli hashbrown casserole

Step 1Mix all together and put into a 12" DO with liner inside. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.

Step 2NOTE: original recipe had chicken, which made this VERY soggy. So I opted to omit it. Also, I used: 5 c frozen hashbrowns, thawed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c shredded cheddar 1/4 c chopped onion 1 c broccoli florets 1/2 stick butter melted salt and pepper to taste. This originally served 4 with the chicken.
