I used to buy Veal Patties in the store already prepared our store stopped selling them I can only find frozen on-cor brand Veal Parmesan. haven't made these chops since I was young but this was in mom's recipe box from one of our relatives. recipe doesn't say anything about using fat or oil in pan so I didn't add it.

Ingredients For breaded veal chops

bread crumbs, dry seasoned

or italian seasoning
How To Make breaded veal chops

1Pound chops until thin in seasoning.

2Dip in Bread crumbs then in egg and in crumbs again

3Brown in skillet on both sides then cover & simmer for about 1 hour
