I used to buy Veal Patties in the store already prepared our store stopped selling them I can only find frozen on-cor brand Veal Parmesan. haven't made these chops since I was young but this was in mom's recipe box from one of our relatives. recipe doesn't say anything about using fat or oil in pan so I didn't add it.

Ingredients

1or more - veal chops
1 or more - egg(s)
- bread crumbs, dry seasoned
- or italian seasoning

How To Make breaded veal chops

Step 1

Pound chops until thin in seasoning.

Step 2

Dip in Bread crumbs then in egg and in crumbs again
Step 3

Brown in skillet on both sides then cover & simmer for about 1 hour
