I used to have a Taste Of Home Casserole magazine and got this delicious recipe from there.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound uncooked bratwurst, casings removed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces pkg shredded chedder cheese
  • 32 ounces pkg tater tots

How To Make bratwurst and tater tot casserole

  • Step 1
    brown bratwurst and drain excess oil.
  • Step 2
    combine bratwurst with soup and sour cream.
  • Step 3
    layer in 9x13 baking dish. Place tater tots on bratwurst mixture and top with shredded cheese
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350degrees for 35-40 minutes.
