black bean nachos
I came up with this recipe several years ago. Just played around with different items. We Love black beans for extra fiber and nutrition.

Ingredients
- MIX THE FOLLOWING TOGETHER AND HEAT IN MICROWAVE
- 1/2 cup black beans (rinsed)
- 1 cup cooked hamburger
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- SLICE GREEN ONIONS, BLACK OLIVES AND ROMA TOMATO
- slice black olives
- 2 medium green onions (sliced)
- 1 medium roma tomato (cut in pieces)
- 1/2 cup tex mex cheese (shredded)
- - tostitos (round shaped ones)
How To Make black bean nachos

Step 1Mix Black beans, cooked hamburger and taco seasoning in microwave proof bowl and heat for a minute or two.

Step 2Sprinkle Tostitos on plate. Spoon on Black bean mixture.

Step 3Place black olives, green onions and tomato on top of the mixture on plate.

Step 4Sprinkle the desired cheese on top and microwave until the cheese is completely melted.

Step 5We also sprinkle a little Mexican seasoning on before eating. Also use jarred jalapeño peppers for added flavor. Also spoon some chunky salsa on for added flavor.
