The Hubby loves this dish says he could eat it once a week !! Great served over Egg Noodles or Wild Rice

whole rabbits cut up
2 Tbsp
thyme, dried
2 Tbsp
tarragon, dried
2 Tbsp
garlic powder with parsley
2 Tbsp
cajun seasoning
2 Tbsp
natures seasoning
2 c
flour, seasoned with spices
2 c
white wine, dry
1 large
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms
2 can(s)
campbell's roasted garlic mushroom soup
1 1/2 c
olive oil, light
2 1/2 c
milk, 2%
2 c
water, hot
1 pkg
frozen carrot crinkles
1 pkg
frozen sweet peas


1Dredge rabbit in seasoned flour, save leftover flour
2brown in olive oil,remove pieces,remove excess oil leaving about 3 tblsp
3add 1 cup leftover flour to olive oil, stir until browned
4add onion stirring for 2 minutes
5Deglaze Dutch Oven with white wine
6add Mushrooms with juice
7add soup, water and milk, stir till blended
8return rabbit to pot, simmer on low 2 hrs, stirring gently often
9taste add more seasonings if needed
10add frozen veggies,simmer 10 more minutes
