Ingredients
- 2 - whole rabbits cut up
- 2 tablespoons thyme, dried
- 2 tablespoons tarragon, dried
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder with parsley
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons natures seasoning
- 2 cups flour, seasoned with spices
- 2 cups white wine, dry
- 1 large onion
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans campbell's roasted garlic mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil, light
- 2 1/2 cups milk, 2%
- 2 cups water, hot
- 1 package frozen carrot crinkles
- 1 package frozen sweet peas
How To Make bj's bunny stew

Step 1Dredge rabbit in seasoned flour, save leftover flour

Step 2brown in olive oil,remove pieces,remove excess oil leaving about 3 tblsp

Step 3add 1 cup leftover flour to olive oil, stir until browned

Step 4add onion stirring for 2 minutes

Step 5Deglaze Dutch Oven with white wine

Step 6add Mushrooms with juice

Step 7add soup, water and milk, stir till blended

Step 8return rabbit to pot, simmer on low 2 hrs, stirring gently often

Step 9taste add more seasonings if needed

Step 10add frozen veggies,simmer 10 more minutes
