I was looking for a way to use flakey biscuits I had in the fridge. While looking through one of my many cookbooks, I came across a recipe using the biscuits for a tostada. I decided to try it for a pizza crust and it came out really good.

How to Make Biscuit Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray small sheet pan with pan spray. Take biscuits out of tube and flatten on pan and try to push together to form bottom crust.
  3. Spread sauce on crust. Add onions and cheese.
  4. Place in oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
