I was looking for a way to use flakey biscuits I had in the fridge. While looking through one of my many cookbooks, I came across a recipe using the biscuits for a tostada. I decided to try it for a pizza crust and it came out really good.

Ingredients

  • - can of flakey biscuits
  • - 1 small onion sauted in olive oil
  • - 4 tblsp pizza sauce
  • - 4 oz shredded mozzerella

How To Make biscuit pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Step 2
    Spray small sheet pan with pan spray. Take biscuits out of tube and flatten on pan and try to push together to form bottom crust.
  • Step 3
    Spread sauce on crust. Add onions and cheese.
  • Step 4
    Place in oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
