biscuit pizza
I was looking for a way to use flakey biscuits I had in the fridge. While looking through one of my many cookbooks, I came across a recipe using the biscuits for a tostada. I decided to try it for a pizza crust and it came out really good.

Ingredients
- - can of flakey biscuits
- - 1 small onion sauted in olive oil
- - 4 tblsp pizza sauce
- - 4 oz shredded mozzerella
How To Make biscuit pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Spray small sheet pan with pan spray. Take biscuits out of tube and flatten on pan and try to push together to form bottom crust.

Step 3Spread sauce on crust. Add onions and cheese.

Step 4Place in oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is bubbly.
