Ingredients

  • 2 packages smoked sausage (horseshoe shaped)
  • 1 large white onion
  • 2 medium green bell peppers
  • slice jalapenos, in a jar
  • 2 jars sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (as much as you like)
  • - white rice (optional)

How To Make big ol' mess

  • Step 1
    Cut up smoked sausage into half moon chunks about 1/4 inch thick. Put into a large mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Slice onion and bell peppers into thin slices. Add to bowl with sausage. Add the sliced jalapenos too.
  • Step 3
    Add the two bottles of sweet and sour sauce. Add hot sauce. Mix until everything is coated. Pour into a baking dish and cook at 350 until veggies are soft and is all heated through. Serve by itself or on top of rice.
