1Cut up smoked sausage into half moon chunks about 1/4 inch thick. Put into a large mixing bowl.
2Slice onion and bell peppers into thin slices. Add to bowl with sausage. Add the sliced jalapenos too.
3Add the two bottles of sweet and sour sauce. Add hot sauce. Mix until everything is coated. Pour into a baking dish and cook at 350 until veggies are soft and is all heated through. Serve by itself or on top of rice.
