My mother was in the hospital post surgery and I was staying with her. Being a diabetic I was trying hard to stay within my carb count.I ordered this off the patient's list.It was great.

Ingredients

  • 2 slice
    texas toast bread
  • 1 tsp
    butter/marg
  • 1 slice
    cojack cheese
  • 1 slice
    provolone cheese
  • 1 slice
    cheddar cheese, sliced

How to Make Best Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat griddle on medium heat.Butter the outside of one slice of bread,place on griddle butterd side down. Place cheese layer all three pieces on un butted side of bread.Butter one side of remaining piece of bread and place on top of bread and cheese.Toast untill golden brown and turn over sandwich.Toast this side untill golden brown.At this point you may wish to cover sandwich to help cheese melt.
