berbere spice mix homemade (sallye))
(1 RATING)
NOTE: I HAVE ALSO LISTED THE QUANTITIES FOR MAKING A MUCH SMALLER BATCH, SINCE IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, THIS WON'T BE A HEAVILY USED ITEM IN YOUR KITCHEN. This is a spice mix traditionally used in Ethopian cooking. It is a very versatile mixture of spices, however, that can be used in other cuisines. Thanks to the Whole Food Market kitchen staff for sharing their recipe.
