2 c. flour (plus more for pre dipping food)

2 c. favorite beer

2 eggs beaten with ½ cup water or beer
How To Make beer batter for chicken, fish, veggies...

1Whisk together flour, beer and beaten eggs. Season the batter to taste. (salt, pepper, onion or garlic salt)

2Dredge food in flour, then dip in batter.

3Deep fry in oil at about 365* to 375* until golden brown.
