- 2 c. flour (plus more for pre dipping food)
- 2 c. favorite beer
- 2 eggs beaten with ½ cup water or beer

Step 1Whisk together flour, beer and beaten eggs. Season the batter to taste. (salt, pepper, onion or garlic salt)

Step 2Dredge food in flour, then dip in batter.

Step 3Deep fry in oil at about 365* to 375* until golden brown.
