Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 1 bag mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 small package egg noodles, uncooked
- 32 ounces beef/chicken/vegetable stock
How To Make beef veggie alfredo
-
Step 1Use any type of pre-cooked boiling beef (stew, leftover roast, etc.), cut into small chunks. Put into stew-pot.
-
Step 2Add jar (or if you know how to make your own sauce) of Alfredo sauce; and a bag of frozen vegetables. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally so not to burn.
-
Step 3Meanwhile, boil up some wide egg noodles in stock until done. Drain. When veggies are cooked to your liking, add noodles and mix well.
