How to Make Beef Veggie Alfredo
- Use any type of pre-cooked boiling beef (stew, leftover roast, etc.), cut into small chunks. Put into stew-pot.
- Add jar (or if you know how to make your own sauce) of Alfredo sauce; and a bag of frozen vegetables. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally so not to burn.
- Meanwhile, boil up some wide egg noodles in stock until done. Drain. When veggies are cooked to your liking, add noodles and mix well.
