A very simple recipe that uses leftovers and can be changed up to your liking. I really need to learn to take pictures of my concoctions. Please feel free to add your own. Hope you like it.

prep time 10 Min
cook time 20 Min
method Stove Top
yield 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 small package egg noodles, uncooked
  • 32 ounces beef/chicken/vegetable stock

How To Make beef veggie alfredo

  • Step 1
Use any type of pre-cooked boiling beef (stew, leftover roast, etc.), cut into small chunks. Put into stew-pot.
  • Step 2
Add jar (or if you know how to make your own sauce) of Alfredo sauce; and a bag of frozen vegetables. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally so not to burn.
  • Step 3
Meanwhile, boil up some wide egg noodles in stock until done. Drain. When veggies are cooked to your liking, add noodles and mix well.
