How to Make Beef Veggie Alfredo

Step-by-Step

  1. Use any type of pre-cooked boiling beef (stew, leftover roast, etc.), cut into small chunks. Put into stew-pot.
  2. Add jar (or if you know how to make your own sauce) of Alfredo sauce; and a bag of frozen vegetables. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally so not to burn.
  3. Meanwhile, boil up some wide egg noodles in stock until done. Drain. When veggies are cooked to your liking, add noodles and mix well.
