A very simple recipe that uses leftovers and can be changed up to your liking. I really need to learn to take pictures of my concoctions. Please feel free to add your own. Hope you like it.

Ingredients For beef veggie alfredo

  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 1 bag
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 sm
    package egg noodles, uncooked
  • 32 oz
    beef/chicken/vegetable stock

How To Make beef veggie alfredo

    Use any type of pre-cooked boiling beef (stew, leftover roast, etc.), cut into small chunks. Put into stew-pot.

    Add jar (or if you know how to make your own sauce) of Alfredo sauce; and a bag of frozen vegetables. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally so not to burn.

    Meanwhile, boil up some wide egg noodles in stock until done. Drain. When veggies are cooked to your liking, add noodles and mix well.
