Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion - halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound smoked keilbasa cut into 1/4" slices
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard

How To Make bbq keilbasa

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender
  • Step 2
    Stir in remaining ingredients
  • Step 3
    Bring to a boil
  • Step 4
    Reduce heat to a simmer
  • Step 5
    Uncovered 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occassionally
