BARBECUED WILD DUCKS

Ingredients

8 - 10ducks
-
1 stickbutter
-
1 bottle(20 oz.) ketchup
-
·juice of 2 lemons

2 Tbspvinegar
-
1 Tbspprepared mustard
-
2 1/2 cchopped tomatoes (may use canned)

1 can(s)(10 3/4 oz.) mushrooms
-
4celery ribs, chopped
-
1 mediumonion, chopped
-
1 dash(es)hot sauce
How to Make BARBECUED WILD DUCKS
- Parboil and cook duck breasts in pressure cooker until tender.
- Skin, debone, and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients; simmer slowly 2 hours to make sauce; add hot sauce.
- Add duck pieces.
- Great with wild rice.
