barbecued hot dogs

I tried this recipe that my friend had given me a while back and this is pretty much the only way that my husband and I like hot dogs now :)

Ingredients
- 6 - hot dogs
- 2 tablespoons shortening (i used butter instead and it turned out fine)
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (i used apple cider)
- 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
How To Make barbecued hot dogs

Step 1Split 6 hotdogs lengthwise. Place in greased 9x13" Pan.

Step 2Melt 2 Tbsp. shortening, add onion, simmer till tender. Then add: paprika, dry mustard, vinegar, worcestershire, pepper, sugar and ketchup. Simmer for 2 minutes . Pour over hot dogs and cook at 400* for 20 minutes.
