    stalk celery..chopped
  • 2 large

    green pepper..chopped
  • 1
    (14oz) bottle of catsup
  • 3 Tbsp
    b-b-q sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c

How to Make Barbecued Beef for sandwiches


  1. Cut away all fat from meat.
    Put in a large roasting pan,mix other ingredients.
    Spoon over beef.
  2. Bake at 325 for 5 hours or until beef is tender enough to shred.
    Watch to be sure it isn't cooking to quickly.
