- 1 - (4 #) beef chuck roast
- 1 - stalk celery..chopped
- 2 large onions..chopped
- 1 - green pepper..chopped
- 1 - (14oz) bottle of catsup
- 3 tablespoons b-b-q sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
How To Make barbecued beef for sandwiches

Step 1Cut away all fat from meat. Put in a large roasting pan,mix other ingredients. Spoon over beef.

Step 2Bake at 325 for 5 hours or until beef is tender enough to shred. Watch to be sure it isn't cooking to quickly.
