I have been looking for a good stuffed Banana Pepper Recipe. A friend had given us some big, beautiful Banana Peppers so I dug for a recipe. The one I decided on They turned out great so I am posting the recipe here. Don't know if I can get a photo but my sister and I loved them with a tossed salad and garlic toast and tea.
