Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 12 - lamb loin chops trimmed
- 2 small brown onions sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, crunchy
- 1/4 cup sweet chile sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2/3 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander (cilantro)
- - cooked rice
How To Make balinese lamb chops

Step 1Heat oil in large frying pan; cook lamb until browned and cooked as desired.

Step 2Remove lamb from pan; drain excess fat from pan. Add onion to pan; cook stirring until browned.

Step 3Add peanut butter, chile sauce, lemon juice, and combined coconut milk and water, cook, stirring, until sauce thickens slightly. Return lamb to pan, coat with sauce. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
