Ingredients
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - white wine or sherry to moisten
- - ---jumbo shrimp (8 to 10 shrimp to the pound), figure 3-4 shrimp per serving
How To Make baked stuffed shrimp

Step 1Rinse shrimp. Remove shell, leaving on tail. Cut shrimp partway through on rounded side and remove any vein.

Step 2Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 3Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, seasonings, wine or sherry and butter to form stuffing. Lay shrimp on back and spread open and stuff on baking sheet. Drizzle with more butter.

Step 4Bake 20 minutes, serve and enjoy.
