Baked Beans and Franks
I am from Maine originally and I 'always' used small pea B&M beans. Yum! Experiment with different kinds-you won't be disappointed.

4 - 5hotdogs (franks), amount depending, sliced
1 mediumonion, chopped finely
How to Make Baked Beans and Franks
- Add beans to a 1 or 2 quart casserole dish along with sliced franks.
- Add 3 Tablespoons catsup; 1 medium onion, finely chopped and 3 Tablespoons molasses to beans. Use light or dark molasses, your preference.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
