aussie pulled leg of lamb (crockpot)
I'm Australian & LOVE lamb! Simple, traditional recipe I normally use in the oven to roast but decided to give crock pot of lamb a go! I stuck to my basic oven roasted recipe & adjusted the cooking method to the crock pot instead.... OML.... I don't think I will be roasting another leg of lamb in the oven it's that good. Hubby couldn't get enough & the kids wanted more. I'm looking forward to making some lamb wraps & adding this into palava. Please see my uploaded photo for instructions.
