Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, cut in one inch pieces
- 6 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups grated swiss cheese
How To Make asparagus-ham custard

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Steam asparagus pieces until just tender crisp. Drain and set aside. (Drained canned asparagus can be substituted for fresh)

Step 2Beat eggs until light in color. Add milk. Blend in mustards, mixing well

Step 3Stir in onion, ham and cheese until well combined. Gently fold in asparagus

Step 4Pour mixture into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Garnish with 5 asparagus tips and sprinkling of ham in the center

Step 5Bake for 30-35 mins or until knife inserted in center comes clean
