Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang or other hot sauce
- PORK
- 4 pinches rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- chili oil, for drizzling
How To Make asian spicy pork noodles

Step 1Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Step 2Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. Leave in colander until needed.

Step 3Add the oil to a saucepan. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook 1 minute.

Step 4Add the pork and cook until the pork is no longer pink. Stir in the sauce and the noodles and cook 2 minutes.

Step 5Serve topped with bean sprouts and drizzle with the chili oil.
