Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced fresh rosemary
  • 1
    loaf focaccia bread
  • 8
    thin slices prsciutto
  • 1 medium
    apple,sliced
  • 6 oz
    brie cheese rind removed and sliced

How to Make Apple'N'Prosciutto Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  1. in a blender. combine the oil, walnuts,cheese and rosemary; cover an process until blended an nuts are finely chopped. with a bread knife, split focaccia into two horizontal layers. spread the rosemary mixture over cut sides of bread.
  2. on bottom of bread, loayer the prosciutto, apple and brie, replace bread top. cut into quarters.
  3. Cook on a indoor grill for 2-3 min or until bread is browned cheese has melt. cut each wedge in half ummmm ummmmm
