Very tasty alternative to supper

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces cresent rolls
  • 1/4 pound thin sliced ham
  • 1/4 pound thin sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 pound thin sliced genoa salami
  • 1/4 pound thin sliced pepperoni
  • 12 ounces roasted red peppers - drained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make antipasto squares

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Unroll 1 can of crescent roll dough and cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  • Step 3
    Layer meats and cheese and peppers on top of dough
  • Step 4
    In a bowl beal eggs lightly and stir in parmesan cheese and black pepper
  • Step 5
    Pour 3/4 of this mix over the peppers
  • Step 6
    unroll the 2nd can of crescent roll dough and place over the top of the peppers
  • Step 7
    Brush with the remaining egg mix
  • Step 8
    cover with foil
  • Step 9
    Bake 25 minutes
  • Step 10
    Remove foil and bake another 10-20 min
  • Step 11
    Cut into squares
