Ingredients
- 20 ounces cresent rolls
- 1/4 pound thin sliced ham
- 1/4 pound thin sliced provolone cheese
- 1/4 pound thin sliced genoa salami
- 1/4 pound thin sliced pepperoni
- 12 ounces roasted red peppers - drained
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make antipasto squares

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Unroll 1 can of crescent roll dough and cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan

Step 3Layer meats and cheese and peppers on top of dough

Step 4In a bowl beal eggs lightly and stir in parmesan cheese and black pepper

Step 5Pour 3/4 of this mix over the peppers

Step 6unroll the 2nd can of crescent roll dough and place over the top of the peppers

Step 7Brush with the remaining egg mix

Step 8cover with foil

Step 9Bake 25 minutes

Step 10Remove foil and bake another 10-20 min

Step 11Cut into squares
