andouille sausage skillet meal
After baking all day I was looking for something easy and quick, but tasty, for dinner. I threw this together and had it done in less than 30 minutes. My husband said he was amazed ( I love it when he tells me that!) Just had to share as I know I'm not the only working peron out there that appreciates a simple yet yummy idea for dinner. Give it a try!

-
Step 2In large skillet add 1/2 inch of water (about 1 1/2 cps) and lay Andouille sausage in center of pan. Slice onion in thick slices. Cut the slices in half and lay them around outside of sausage. Stack broccoli on top of onion slices.

Step 4Cover and cook on med-hi heat, turning sausage several times, for 10-12 minutes.
