Amish Beef and Cheese One Dish Casserole

Lynn Dine

This is a recipe from my cookbook called "Amish Cooking", compiled by a Committee of Amish Women, Deluxe Edition. This is under their "one dish meals and casseroles" section. This reminds me of a baked spaghetti dish or goulash type of meal.

  2. Mix half a cup of the cheese with the spaghetti and place 1/2 of the spaghetti in a baking dish. Add the meat mixture, top it with the tomatoes, and add the rest of the spaghetti. Top with the remaining cheese and bake it at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
