Ingredients

  • 113 grams bacon
  • 907 grams lamb shoulder
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 ounce white onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups dry red wine
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 227 grams button mushroom
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • 227 grams canned canelli beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 85 grams carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Step 1
    Mince the garlic and onions, dice the carrots and chop the mushrooms

    Trim the excess fat off the lamb shoulder and cut into bite-sized pieces
