Blue Ribbon Recipe

Make shrimp fajitas in minutes with your air fryer. The air fryer perfectly cooks the shrimp. There's a perfect balance of spices that coat the veggies. After air frying, the peppers and onions are still crisp and tender while the shrimp remains juicy. Wrap everything in tortillas, with a squeeze of lime for a quick and easy dinner. How to Make Air Fryer Shrimp Fajitas

  1. Add shrimp, seasonings, oil, and lime juice to Ziploc bag. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  2. Cut up all veggies into strips. Remove seeds from jalapenos if you want less spicy. Add a little oil and all seasonings to veggies.
  3. Line your air fryer basket with foil to hold in the juices and promote steam. Add just the veggies which are oiled and seasoned and cook last 370 for 8 min.
  4. Open the air fryer and add marinated shrimp without excess juice on top of veggies. Cook for another 7 minutes at 370.
  5. Open air fryer and toss all together with tongs and look at shrimp. If needed which I did, cook for approx 2 more minutes. Open and toss and get your tortillas ready and build your yummy fajitas. Enjoy!
