Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 2 large green onions, sliced
- 1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed into 1/2-inch
- SPICY MAYO
- 1/3 cup kewpie mayo
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or to taste
- BOWL
- 4 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 1 large avocado, stone removed, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (substitute lime)
- 1/3 cup radishes, quartered
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 cup edamame, shelled
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 2 tablespoons furikake seasonings
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
How To Make ahi tuna poke bowl

Step 1In a medium bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, ponzu sauce, honey, ginger and sriracha. Whisk until blended.

Step 2Add green onions and tuna cubes; gently toss. Cover and transfer to the fridge to chill for 45 to 60 minutes.

Step 3In a small bowl, add kewpie mayo and sriracha to taste; stir until smooth and set aside.

Step 4In a small bowl, combine avocado and lemon juice; toss to coat and set aside.

Step 5To assemble the dish, add sushi rice and top with marinated tuna, Add avocado cubes, radishes, cucumber, edamame and pickled ginger.

Step 6Sprinkle on some furikake, sesame seeds and top with green onions. Serve immediately.
