This is my favorite way to eat hotdogs. We had these a kids because they were easy to make for the 7 of us.

How to Make A new way for hotdogs

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook or grill your hotdogs as you usually do. Then split them down the middle and grill the inside.
  2. Set your oven to broil and put your hotdogs on a sheet pan.
  3. Next take your mashed potatoes ( good way to use up left over mashed potatoes) They can be instant or real mashed potatoes it doesn't matter. Put the mashed potatoes on top of the hotdogs
  4. On top of the mashed potato topped hot dogs put your cheese. You can use american or cheddar it doesn't matter your choice. Put the hot dogs under the broiler until the cheese melts and serve with a nice salad and vegetable.
