Ingredients
- 1 box box soft tofu
- 1 teaspoon black bean
- 1 stalk green onion chopped
- 4 ounces ground pork
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 teaspoon chili bean paste
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon chili power
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
How To Make 38 mapo tofu

Step 1In boiling water add a little salt and quickly cook the tofu. Leave in boiling water for few seconds. Remove and set aside.

Step 2In a pain heat up some oil and add peppercorns. Let the peppercorns infuse the oil for the spicy pepper flavor. Remove peppercorn and keep the oil in the pain.

Step 3Marinate the ground pork with 1 teaspoon of water ,a pinch of pepper powder,1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Mix well

Step 4Using the same oil as earlier cook the ginger and garlic. Once the ginger and garlic is cooked at the chili bean sauce and black bean.

Step 5Then add ground pork ,chili bean paste ,black bean white wine and saute. Cook partially, remove and set aside.

Step 6In the same pan, add the tofu and 2 bowls of hot water. One water is boiled, add the ground pork, chili powder or paprika, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little sugar.

Step 7Create a corn starch mixture with water and add that to the pan. Then add pepper, pour a little sesame oil, stir well and put into a crockpot. Broil till the sauce thickens and then add chili and chopped green onions.
