I especially like making this type of sandwich in the summer to pack picnic lunches for my grandchildren. I take them with me on my disability scooter to the park, library, zoo, community garden, shopping.... we go on all sorts of adventures together... so I prepare a quick picnic with healthy foods that they can easily handle... This photo is of my 3 oldest grandchildren having a picnic break on a bench outside of our library... they are eating the wraps! I let the children help decide what they want on the wraps and let them help assemble them...
