How To Make tortilla stackup
-
Step 1Cook and crumble the ground beef, and drain. Add taco seasoning and a little water (about 2 tsp.) Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add the 2 cans of refried beans and stir to mix. Cook the tortillas. Place 1 tortilla on the bottom or skillet and put a couple of large Tbs. of the mixture on the tortilla and spread to the edge. Top that layer with some cheese. Continue making layers - on top layer spread remaining mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cheese will be slightly browned. Let sit approximately 10 minutes. When cooled, cut into wedges (like a pie.) Garnish with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and green onions.
