Looks like pizza but to me taste more like a tostada.
1 can(s)14 ounce mexican style tomatoes, drained
1 can(s)10 ounce chunk white chicken drained
1green onion chopped
2 tspround cumin, divided
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 cfat-free refried beans
1/4 cchopped fresh cilantro, divided
2-4small flour tortillas
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese (or your choice)
How to Make TORITILLA PIZZA
- Preheat broiler. Combine tomatoes,chicken,green onion,1 tesapoon cumin and garlic powder in medium bowl mix well.
- Combine refried beans,remaining 1 teaspoon cumin and 2 tablespoons cilantro in small bowl. set aside.
- Place tortillas on baking sheet. Broil 30 seconds to 1 minute per side until crisp but not browned. Remove from oven,reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- Spread bean mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top with chicken mixture and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes. Turn oven back to broil. Broil pizza 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with remaining cilantro and serve.
