Our family loves this as a snack while watching television, as an appetizer, or as the main course for dinner on a hot summers day. This is great to scoop with tortilla chips or saltine crackers.

    clamato
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • few dash(es)
    hot sauce
  • 3 c
    tomatoes, diced
  • 1 c
    onion, diced
  • 1/2 c
    cilantro, chopped
  • few pinch
    salt
  • 2
    avocados, diced

How to Make Tina's Shrimp Cocktail

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients. Stir test for salt and hotness add more until it is to your liking. I like it to be a little creamy so I cut the avocados in half and dice in the skin and squeeze out.
  2. Chill for an hour or until ready to eat. Enjoy!
