Ingredients

2-1/4 lbground beef chuck

8 ozfrench onion au jus (concentrated sauce)

1 Tbspcocoa

14 1/2 ozpetite diced tomatoes

16 oztomato sauce

2 Tbspchili powder
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1 tspsmoked paprika

1 tspsea salt
-
1 cstore bought salsa - mild

1 Tbspminced jalapenos

1 cwater
-
12 ozcoca cola
-
30 ozchili beans
-
·garnish: shredded cheese, sour cream
How to Make Throw Down Roundup Chili
- In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Using potato masher, break beef into small pieces while it is browning. When brown, drain all the grease.
- Add the remaining ingredients mixing well.
- Cook over medium heat for one hour stirring occasionally.
- Serve in heated bowls and garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
