My family begs for me to make this chili even before we have our first cool weather. I have made huge pots of this chili to serve friends for our fall roundup and it is always a winner.

Ingredients
- 2-1/4 pound ground beef chuck
- 8 ounces french onion au jus (concentrated sauce)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 14 1/2 ounces petite diced tomatoes
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup store bought salsa - mild
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapenos
- 1 cup water
- 12 ounces coca cola
- 30 ounces chili beans
- 0 - garnish: shredded cheese, sour cream
How To Make throw down roundup chili

Step 1In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown ground beef. Using potato masher, break beef into small pieces while it is browning. When brown, drain all the grease.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients mixing well.

Step 3Cook over medium heat for one hour stirring occasionally.

Step 4Serve in heated bowls and garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
